Chrome Semi Frameless 3 Door Sliding Shower Screen 850/900/950/1000mm | Wall to Wall, 3 Panel, 6mm Glass

The Chrome Semi Frameless 3 Door Sliding Shower Screen is a wall to wall sliding shower screen with three glass panels on a triple top track, a chrome aluminium frame and 6mm clear toughened safety glass. It is made for narrow shower recesses from 840 to 1030mm wide and stands 2000mm high.

The polished chrome frame reflects light rather than outlining the glass, so it sits quietly beside the chrome tapware most Australian bathrooms already have. One panel stays fixed against the wall and the other two slide on rollers and stack behind it as you open the door, so each panel is narrow and the screen fits recesses that are too small for a standard two panel slider. Each size covers a 40mm range, and the wall channels take up to 20mm of out-of-plumb wall. The glass is toughened for safety and cannot be cut or drilled after manufacture. Backed by a 5 year replacement parts warranty.

A Sliding Screen for Narrow Shower Recesses

Recesses under about a metre wide are common in older bathrooms, ensuites and apartments, and a two panel sliding door often leaves too little room to step in. Splitting the screen into three narrower panels lets them stack tightly at one side, giving a walk-in gap of 400 to 500mm without needing any swing space in front of the shower.

3 Door Sliding Shower Screen Size Guide

Available in Chrome and Matte Black. Door opening is the walk-in gap with the panels fully slid open and is a guide only; the final figure depends on the installation.

Care & Normal Wear

Squeegee the glass after showering, run the exhaust fan and wipe the bottom guide now and then so the panels keep sliding smoothly. Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner; avoid scourers, bleach and solvent cleaners, which can dull the finish. Like any shower screen, seals, rollers and finishes show normal wear over time, and damage from misuse or harsh cleaning is outside the warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Chrome 3 Door Sliding Shower Screen

How do I choose the right size?
Measure the distance between the two walls at the top, middle and bottom of the opening and use the smallest figure, then choose the range that contains it. For example, a 905mm recess takes the 890-930mm size. The wall channels take up the rest.

How wide is the gap to walk in?
About 400mm on the 840-880mm size, 435mm on 890-930mm, 465mm on 940-980mm and 500mm on 990-1030mm, with the sliding panels fully open.

Why choose a 3 door slider instead of a 2 door slider?
Three narrower panels stack more tightly than two wide ones, so a 3 door screen suits recesses under about 1030mm where a two panel slider would leave a very small way in.

My recess is wider than 1030mm. What should I choose?
The Chrome Semi Frameless Wall to Wall Sliding Shower Screen covers recesses from 920 to 1750mm with one fixed panel and one sliding door.

Can the glass be cut down to fit?
No. Toughened safety glass is heat-treated after cutting, so it cannot be cut, drilled or notched afterwards without shattering. Order the size range that covers your opening and let the adjustable wall channels take up the difference.

Can I pick up the shower screen in Sydney or Brisbane?
Yes. You can collect from our Auburn warehouse in Sydney (NSW 2144) or our Coopers Plains pick-up point in Brisbane (QLD 4108). In-stock screens can usually be collected straight away; if your size or colour is not in stock, we will call you to confirm when it arrives before you come in.
