Can I see the products in person before I buy?
Yes, if you're in Sydney. We hold stock across four warehouses – Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater and Revesby. Call 0480 746 325 with the models you're interested in and we'll arrange a viewing at the warehouse that has them. Viewing and pickup are by appointment only; we don't run a walk-in showroom.
Besides, vanities, shower screens, shaving cabinets and tapware are held across different locations. Tell us the models when you call and we'll direct you to the right warehouse and confirm the address with your booking.
Viewing is by appointment only. Melbourne and Brisbane are pickup points only.
Can I pick up in Melbourne or Brisbane?
Yes, for the Poseidon range — free pickup from Dandenong South (VIC 3175) or Rocklea (QLD 4106). Every Poseidon item is in stock, so it's quick. Pickup service in all three cities is for free. We send the details once your pickup time is booked. Bring Your order number and confirmation email. Vanities come boxed and can be large, so bring a suitable vehicle.

Can I pick up my order directly (Click & Collect)?
Yes, we encourage it! Choose pickup at checkout or call us. We'll confirm the collection warehouse and a time. All pickups are by appointment.
- Free Service: Click & Collect is completely free from our warehouse distribution centers.
- Availability: Once you place your order, wait for our "Ready for Collection" email notification (usually within 24-48 hours for in-stock items).
- Vehicle: Please ensure you bring a Ute, Van, or Trailer. Large items like vanities and boxed shower screens will not fit in a standard sedan.
