Can I pick up my order / Click & Collect?
Yes! We welcome customers to pick up through our Click & Collect service. It's free — no appointment needed.
- Sydney: all products, from Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby.
- Melbourne: Poseidon and Koti products from Dandenong South.
- Brisbane: Covey products and selected Poseidon and Koti products from Rocklea. Wait for our ready-for-pickup message — it includes the warehouse address. Bring your order number and a vehicle big enough for boxed vanities and shower screens.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or phone.

What does our Bathroom Renovation Service include?
Our bathroom renovation service covers installation, removal, and disposal — a complete solution from start to finish. We handle everything from installing new vanities, toilets, and shower screens, to removing and responsibly disposing of your old fittings. This makes your renovation process smooth, efficient, and worry-free.
Can I see the products in person before I buy?
Yes, if you're in Sydney. We hold stock across four warehouses – Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater and Revesby. Call 0480 746 325 with the models you're interested in and we'll arrange a viewing at the warehouse that has them. Viewing and pickup are by appointment only; we don't run a walk-in showroom.
Viewing is by appointment only. Melbourne and Brisbane are pickup points only.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery timeframe for orders is within 3-10 business days of ordering. For orders within 50km of Metropolitan Sydney we endeavour to deliver within 5 business days of ordering. Need it sooner? Choose free pickup from one of our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane warehouses.
While most products are in stock with our local suppliers, if a product you have ordered is out of stock our team will reach out at the earliest possible time!
Since most renovation products in Australia partly depend on overseas supplies, we advise placing your orders promptly to avoid renovation project delays.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary between different products and different states.
Simply add the items you’re interested in to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed for you.

Can the order be delivered inside the house?
Unfortunately, our couriers can only deliver to the doorstep of the building premises. They will not take products inside of the building. If needed, customers are advised to arrange themselves for assistance to move the products inside.

What if my order comes damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, don't worry! At RJ Bathroom, we have delivery insurance for all our orders sent out.
All damages must be reported any damages to us within 24 hours of delivery. As goods may be stored or moved around by trade we cannot accept any damages after this window.
For damages reported within 24 hours of delivery, our aftersales team will then guide you through the process of a replacement/reimbursement/refund.
Please note products partially or fully installed will not be accepted in any claim.
