Refund policy
At RJ Bathroom, we aim to provide the highest quality products and services to ensure your satisfaction. These policies outline our terms for cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
We only accept returns within 14 days of the purchase.
- If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for a change of mind.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the packaging intact.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with no exceptions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AU$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Organise the return of your order, at your own expense, back to our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will examine all returns for quality check and begin processing your return if it is in its original packaging and condition.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item if returned via post. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Condition of Change of Mind Returns
- Free cancellation is only available within 24 hours of placing an order
- You must contact us and return the product within 14 days of delivery/accepting the good/s.
- 30% restocking fees apply, and the cost of original delivery will be deducted from the refund.
- Product/s must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for organising the delivery for returns at their own expense and tracking must be included.
- For fragile items, returns must include delivery insurance.
Exclusions for Change of Mind Returns
- All customised and specialty manufactured products cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Products installed cannot be returned/exchanged.
- 30% restocking fees apply, and the cost of original delivery will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery/pick-up
- 30% restocking fees apply
Damaged/Missing Products
If a damaged product/s is delivered to you, please contact us at rjbathroom@gmail.com to organise a replacement to be delivered.
- For all damaged or missing products, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery/acceptance of the good/s and returned back to us within 14 days of delivery/acceptance of the good/s.
- If the claim is accepted, a free replacement or full refund may be processed.
- Installed product cannot be returned/exchanged. Installation will be taken an as acceptance of the goods.
- Any physical damage and man-caused damage is not under warranty
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty claims are limited to the replacement or repair of product parts only and do not include labour costs, installation fees, or any third-party services unless otherwise specified or explicitly covered by the supplier.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover any additional costs associated with the removal, reinstallation, or other services related to a warranty claim.
Please note that warranties are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer or supplier and may vary depending on the product. Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
Faulty Products
- Warranty matters are managed directly by the product's supplier. Each brand's warranty policy differs.
- Please contact us at rjbathroom@gmail.com if you require assistance to contact your product's brand supplier.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank statement again. If there is nothing, please check with your bank, as payments take 3-5 business days to process.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, clearance sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
