How long do "Supplier Stocked" items take to dispatch?
To offer you the widest possible range, some specialized items are held at our partner suppliers' warehouses.
- The Timeline: Once you confirm your order, we arrange for these products to be transferred to our dispatch centre. This generally takes 7-10 business days before they leave our warehouse.
- Urgent Needs: If you have a strict deadline, please contact our team 0480746325 before ordering. We can check the exact lead time or suggest an "In Stock" alternative that looks similar and is ready to ship immediately.
Will the driver bring the delivery inside my home or upstairs?
To ensure the safety of our drivers and your property, our standard delivery service is strictly "Curbside" or "Ground Floor Front Entrance" only.
- Houses: For single-level homes with flat driveways, the driver will unload the pallet as close to your garage or front door as safely possible.
- Apartments/Challenging Sites: Drivers cannot carry items up stairs, into lifts, or through steep driveways due to OH&S regulations.
- Your Responsibility: Please arrange for assistance (tradespeople, friends, or family) to be on-site to help move the products inside and under cover immediately upon arrival.
Can I pick up my order via Click & Collect?
Yes, we encourage it!
- Free Service: Click & Collect is completely free from our Sydney warehouse distribution centers.
- The Process: simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout. Your order is usually ready within 1-2 business hours.
- Important: Please wait until you receive the "Ready for Collection" email containing your Booking Number before heading to the warehouse.
- Availability: Once you place your order, wait for our "Ready for Collection" email notification (usually within 24-48 hours for in-stock items).
- Vehicle: Please ensure you bring a Ute, Van, or Trailer. Large items like vanities and boxed shower screens will not fit in a standard sedan.
