Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat drive ways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products.

In Stock products are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order from our Sydney Warehouse and will generally be delivered the next or within a couple of days to most metro areas.
Order General processing: Please allow 0-2 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs as we aim to get every order off as soon as possible.

If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount or the stock is sold prior to you ordering, don't worry - we have daily deliveries from all of our suppliers and will order your product with our supply partner and have it to you as soon as possible.
