Will the twin shower fit my existing shower outlet?
The Sulu II twin shower rail is fed from the top, so it connects to the high wall outlet where a standard shower arm usually sits. One outlet runs both the overhead and the hand shower. Your plumber should check the outlet height before installation.
Why are the accessories from the Flores range?
Sulu II is a tapware and shower range without its own towel rails or hooks, so the package pairs it with Ikon Flores accessories. Both are Ikon products from different series. Chrome, brushed nickel, matte black and gun metal match, and brushed gold is a very close match. Bathroom accessories can be paired with any tapware range, so choose the pieces that suit your taste.
Which basin mixer should I choose?
The standard basin mixer suits under-mount and semi-recessed basins, and the tall basin mixer suits above-counter basins. If your vanity top has no tap hole, choose the wall basin mixer instead: the single plate version keeps the mixer and spout on one plate, and the separate plates version has a 203mm spout.

Delivery across Australia
We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.
Free metro shipping applies to orders over:
- $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
- $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
- $3,200 to Perth metro
Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.
Delivery times
- In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
- Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
- Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.
Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.

Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:
- Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. If you want to check before you drive over, text 0480 746 325 with your name and order number, and bring your confirmation email when you collect. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.
