The installation of RJ Bathroom base vanities includes before and after photographs and thorough testing of the unit. We will make sure the taps, sink, bench top and vanity cabinet are installed correctly and fully functional whether it is floor standing or wall hung. We are a one-stop-shop for your vanity, basin, bath, toilet and Mirror needs.
What do you have to consider when getting a new vanity installed?

Measure the area the existing vanity unit takes up, generally speaking a vanity will be one of these sizes:
- Less than 599mm wide
- 600-749mm wide
- 750-899mm wide
- 900-1199mm wide
- 1200-1499mm wide
- 1500-1799mm wide
- How close are any other fixtures or fittings like the mirror, other cupboards, lights, light switches or power points, you may want these moved as well to accomodate a larger vanity.
- Does the current vanity have a double or single tap mixer and/or a single or double sink layout. It is possible to convert either a single vanity to double or double to a single. The plumbing & drainage is adjusted to accomodate.
- Do you want more bench space, do you prefer cupboards or drawers? The way the vanity functions will also determine the style and shape that you install.
- If you are converting from a floor standing to wall hung vanity check there is tiling under the old vanity so when the new unit is installed you can see a floor complete with tiling throughout.
- Make sure any installation quote you get will include;
- Removal of the old vanity including rubbish disposal
- Disconnection of existing hot/cold water and drainage.
- Installation of the new vanity
- Reconnection of hot/cold water pipes, drain and tap fixture installation
- Testing of the new vanity to ensure there are no water leaks.

We provide domestic on all of our items. You may use our shipping estimator to estimate the cost of delivery. Charges for shipping are calculated based on how large the items are as well as your location.
You can expect the following delivery times:
- 3 - 15 working days delivery (metro areas) or up to 21 working days for country and remote regions.
- Any items that are custom manufactured on order or require a modification may take 2 - 6 weeks to be delivered.
Sydney Pickup in store
- Free pick up from our warehouse may be available on the same day or within 3 days.
- During checkout, select "Free pick up in store" .
- After your order is placed, you will receive an "order received email" with your "order number" (this is usually sent out within 2 hours if during business hours).
- Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email "Ready for collection"
Large Items & orders
For items that require a custom quote for delivery (such as toilets, bathtub and other large items), you will be notified as such prior to the purchase. It is advised to contact us first before making an order.
An Order only item means that the item is ordered from the supplier once you (the customer) makes a purchase.

It is the installer/consumers responibility to ensure:
- The product is not damaged prior to installation.
- The product is as per the item purchased and listed on the tax invoice, confirming the correct colour, series, etc.
- The product has all of the component.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed, please contact us to discuss further (prior to installation).
Warranty claims only apply to defects that have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship / maufacturing defects and do not apply to defects which have arisen due to the following:
- Accidental damage.
- Consumer misuse/mistreatment.
- Abnormal stress or strain.
- Harsh or adverse conditions including incorrect maintenance

If the product is deemed defective, damaged, missing parts or incorrect, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team through live chat, emails or phone calls, to raise a return/refund request. You can as well fill in the online return form directly through our website.
