Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Why choose a 1500mm Double over a 1200mm Double?
A: The 1500mm offers significantly more comfort. The extra 300mm width provides more elbow room between the two basins and additional central bench space for shared items, making it feel much more luxurious.

Q: How does the storage work with 4 drawers?
A: The 4-drawer configuration is incredibly practical. It typically features cutouts in the top drawers for plumbing, while the bottom drawers offer full depth storage, giving you much more organization than a standard 2-drawer unit.

Q: Is this Timber look vanity better than real wood?
A: For bathrooms, yes. Our Thermo-laminated Timber finish is completely wrapped and sealed, meaning it won't warp, rot, or stain like real timber can in humid environments.

Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Yes, we offer FREE Shipping to Metro Areas on orders meeting these thresholds:
Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra: Orders over $2,000.
Brisbane and Adelaide: Orders over $2,500.
Perth: Orders over $3,200.
Other Areas: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and postcode.
