Light marks and fine scratches can usually be buffed out with a fine non-scratch pad and a mild cream cleanser, working in small circles. Avoid water above 65°C, hot hair tools, hot pans, strong solvents such as acetone, and drain cleaners, which can mark or damage the surface. Chips or cracks from impact, heat damage and damage from misuse sit outside the warranty.
