The Evie 450mm Ensuite Wall Hung Vanity in natural oak is 450mm wide and 250mm deep. That depth is the whole point: it fits a powder room or a second toilet where a standard 460mm cabinet would foul the door swing. The 4525B poly marble top and basin are included.

Hanging it off the wall buys back the floor underneath, which in a room this small is the difference between tight and cramped. The door is left-hand hinged.

Why Wall Hung in a Powder Room

A 450mm cabinet on legs still reads as furniture sitting on the floor. Lift it and the eye follows the tiles straight under, so the room looks longer than it is. You also get a clear floor to mop, which matters in the one room in the house that never gets a proper clean until someone visits.

Fix it into studs or solid noggins. At this size the load is modest, but plasterboard alone will not hold it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this one cheaper than the rest of the range?

It is run-out stock. The line is being discontinued, so what is in the warehouse is all there is and it is priced at roughly 39% below RRP to clear. The cabinet is not a second and it is not damaged; the only difference from a full-price vanity is that once a colour or hinge side sells out we cannot get another one.

Will 250mm deep be too shallow?

For a powder room, no. The basin is sized to the cabinet and takes a normal basin mixer. What you give up is storage depth: expect to fit hand towels, spare soap and a roll or two, not a full cleaning kit. If you need the depth, look at the 460mm deep cabinets instead.

Left hinge or right?

This one is left-hand hinged, meaning the door is hinged on the left and opens from the right. Stand facing the vanity to work it out. We also stock the right-hand hinge in dark brown.

Is PVC better than a board vanity in a bathroom?

For water, yes. PVC has no timber or particleboard core, so steam and standing water cannot swell it from the inside, which is where most bathroom vanities fail. Ordinary care still applies: mop up spills, run the exhaust fan, and stick to mild detergent on a soft cloth rather than bleach or scouring cream.

Do you deliver outside Sydney?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Metro delivery is free on orders over $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, over $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide, and over $3,200 to Perth. Regional addresses get a discounted freight rate at checkout, and free pick-up is available from our Sydney warehouse.

We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.

Free metro shipping applies to orders over:

$2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
$2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
$3,200 to Perth metro

Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.

Delivery times

In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.

Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.

Free warehouse pickup

Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:

Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.
