The Evie 1200mm Single Bowl Wall Hung Vanity is 1200 x 460 x 555mm in a pale oak woodgrain over waterproof PVC: two doors in the middle, soft-close drawers down each side. Cabinet only, so you choose the top.

One Basin at 1200mm

Two basins fit at 1200mm but they leave almost no bench between them, which is why most households are better off with one. A single bowl gives you a usable run of bench on both sides, and the two centre doors take the tall things that drawers never suit.

Hung off the wall, the floor runs underneath the full 1200mm, so the room keeps its width. At this size the load is real: fix into timber studs or a full-width noggin, not into plasterboard.

Pop-up wastes can be added in the same options. A kickboard is not needed on a wall hung install, so leave that option set to No Kickboard.

Why is this one cheaper than the rest of the range?

It is run-out stock. The line is being discontinued, so what is in the warehouse is all there is and it is priced at roughly 40% below RRP to clear. The cabinet is not a second and it is not damaged; the only difference from a full-price vanity is that once it sells out we cannot get another one.

Single bowl or double at 1200mm?

Two basins fit, but they leave very little bench between them. A single bowl keeps a usable run on both sides, which suits most households better. If you do want two, we list the 1200mm double bowl separately.

Can a wall hung vanity this wide really take the weight?

Yes, when it is fixed properly. The load has to land in studs or a full-width noggin behind the plasterboard, not in cavity anchors. Add the weight of a stone top and a basin full of water when you plan the fixing.

Is PVC better than a board vanity in a bathroom?

For water, yes. PVC has no timber or particleboard core, so steam and standing water cannot swell it from the inside, which is where most bathroom vanities fail. Ordinary care still applies: mop up spills, run the exhaust fan, and stick to mild detergent on a soft cloth rather than bleach or scouring cream.
