We provide domestic on all of our items. You may use our shipping estimator to estimate the cost of delivery. Charges for shipping are calculated based on how large the items are as well as your location.

You can expect the following delivery times:

• 3 - 15 working days delivery (metro areas) or up to 21 working days for country and remote regions.
• Any items that are custom manufactured on order or require a modification may take 2 - 6 weeks to be delivered.

Sydney Pickup in store

• Free pick up from our warehouse may be available on the same day or within 3 days.
• During checkout, select "Free pick up in store" .
• After your order is placed, you will receive an  "order received email" with your "order number" (this is usually sent out within 2 hours if during business hours).
• Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email "Ready for collection"

Large Items & orders

For items that require a custom quote for delivery (such as toilets, bathtub and other large items), you will be notified as such prior to the purchase. It is advised to contact us first before making an order.

An Order only item means that the item is ordered from the supplier once you (the customer) makes a purchase.

Warranty

It is the installer/consumers responibility to ensure:

1. The product is not damaged prior to installation.
2. The product is as per the item purchased and listed on the tax invoice, confirming the correct colour, series, etc. 
3. The product has all of the component.

If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed, please contact us to discuss further (prior to installation).

Warranty claims only apply to defects that have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship / maufacturing defects and do not apply to defects which have arisen due to the following:

1. Accidental damage.
2. Consumer misuse/mistreatment.
3. Abnormal stress or strain.
4. Harsh or adverse conditions including incorrect maintenance

Returns

If the product is deemed defective, damaged, missing parts or incorrect, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team through live chat, emails or phone calls, to raise a return/refund request. You can as well fill in the online return form directly through our website. We understand that there might be delays, however it is recommended to check the items as soon as possible after you received them, and to contact the team in regards of the return/refund within 30 days of receipt. This will assist us to process your return/refund request in a more efficient way.
