Delivery across Australia

We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.

Free metro shipping applies to orders over:

$2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
$2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
$3,200 to Perth metro

Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.

Delivery times

In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.

Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.

Free warehouse pickup

Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:

Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products
Melbourne (Dandenong South VIC 3175): Poseidon and Koti
Brisbane (Rocklea QLD 4106): Covey shower screens and selected Poseidon and Koti

For Sydney pickup, choose Pickup at checkout. For Melbourne or Brisbane, call or text 0480 746 325 before you order and we’ll arrange it.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. If you want to check before you drive over, text 0480 746 325 with your name and order number, and bring your confirmation email when you collect. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.

Seeing products before you buy

Viewing is by appointment in Sydney only. Call 0480 746 325 with the models you’d like to see. Melbourne and Brisbane are pickup points only.

The product is not damaged prior to installation.
The product is as per the item purchased and listed on the tax invoice, confirming the correct colour, series, etc.
The product has all of the component.

If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed, please contact us to discuss further (prior to installation).

Warranty claims only apply to defects that have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship / maufacturing defects and do not apply to defects which have arisen due to the following:

Accidental damage.
Consumer misuse/mistreatment.
Abnormal stress or strain.
Harsh or adverse conditions including incorrect maintenance
