A Slim Round Sprayer

Can I install a bidet spray myself?
No. In Australia anything connected to the water supply must be installed by a licensed plumber. Your plumber fits a stop tap or angle valve beside the toilet (not included in this kit), connects the hose and mounts the holder where the hose reaches comfortably.
What is the difference between a bidet spray and a bidet seat?
A bidet spray is a handheld sprayer you hold and aim yourself, often called a bum gun, and it needs no power point. A bidet seat replaces the toilet seat and washes from a built-in nozzle. If you want washing built into the seat, see our smart toilets.
Why should I turn off the valve after use?
The supplier recommends turning off the stop tap or angle valve after each use. Leaving the hose and head under constant water pressure can lead to leaks over time, and closing the valve takes a second.
How do I keep the finish looking right?
Wipe the head with warm water and a soft cloth and dry it after use. Avoid abrasive creams, scourers and harsh chemical cleaners - damage caused by the wrong cleaning method is not covered by the warranty.
