It has a 90mm outlet. Check the size of the waste pipe in your floor before ordering, or ask your plumber. Floor wastes are installed by a licensed plumber and must sit below the waterproofing and tile level so water falls to the drain.

How does a tile insert floor waste work?
Your tiler cuts a piece of the floor tile to fit the tray, so the drain matches the rest of the floor. Water runs into the narrow gap around the tile insert and down the outlet. The tray lifts out so you can clear hair and soap build-up.

We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.

Free metro shipping applies to orders over:

  • $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
  • $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
  • $3,200 to Perth metro

Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.

Delivery times

  • In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
  • Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
  • Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.

Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.

Free warehouse pickup

Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:

  • Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products
  • Melbourne (Dandenong South VIC 3175): Poseidon and Koti
  • Brisbane (Rocklea QLD 4106): Covey shower screens and selected Poseidon and Koti

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. If you want to check before you drive over, text 0480 746 325 with your name and order number, and bring your confirmation email when you collect. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.
