Q: What does the wall need to hold a wall hung vanity?
A: A wall hung cabinet carries its own load plus the top, the basin and the water in it, so it must fix into structure — timber noggins between the studs, or the right fixings for a masonry or steel-framed wall. On a new build or full renovation that is decided at framing stage; on an existing wall your installer will need to locate or add noggins at the right height. Installation by a licensed tradesperson is a warranty condition.

Q: How high should I hang the 750mm Revive?
A: The cabinet body is 550mm high, and the finished top height is what you actually set. Most Australian installers land the top of the stone between 800mm and 900mm off the floor, which leaves roughly 230–330mm of clear floor under the cabinet.
