Every product on this page can be picked up free from our Dandenong South warehouse (VIC 3175), with no appointment needed. It covers the full Poseidon range plus Koti wall hung vanities: freestanding and wall hung vanities, back-to-wall, corner and freestanding baths, toilet suites, shaving cabinets, LED mirrors, above-counter basins and kitchen sinks. Because it is stocked in Melbourne, there is no interstate freight to wait for. Once your order is ready, we send a pickup notice with the warehouse address. Prefer delivery? Local metro delivery is available, and free metro delivery applies to orders over $2,000. Shopping from Queensland? See what you can collect in Brisbane.
The Melbourne pickup range is mostly vanities. About half of the products on this page are Poseidon or Koti vanities, and the rest covers the other fixtures of a bathroom. Koti supplies wall hung vanities only (the Artis, Artis-S, Avalon and Calvo ranges), so every other item here is Poseidon.
Building a Whole Bathroom from the Melbourne Pickup Range
A whole bathroom from the Melbourne range starts with the vanity, because the vanity sets the width of the shaving cabinet, the basin and the finish you match across the room. Pick the rest in this order and you can collect most of a bathroom from Dandenong South in one trip.
Vanity: wall hung if your pipes come out of the wall, freestanding if they come up through the floor. Hampton, fluted and waterproof PVC styles are all in the Melbourne range.
Top and basin: a ceramic top has the basin built in, while a stone top pairs with an above counter basin. Stone tops are drilled to the tap hole you choose and cannot be returned once ordered.
Shaving cabinet or mirror: the same width as the vanity or a little narrower.
Bath and toilet suite.
Tapware and pop-up wastes: Poseidon and Koti vanities and baths come without them, and they are not part of the Melbourne range, so they ship to you separately. Tapware ships free Australia-wide.
Matching Vanity, Shaving Cabinet and Mirror Widths
A shaving cabinet or mirror should be the same width as the vanity below it or a little narrower, so its edges do not sit past the benchtop.
The Acacia 1200mm and the Olivia 1200mm cabinet share the same width. LED shaving cabinets such as the Olivia are hardwired, so plan the power point before the wall is tiled and have an electrician connect it. LED shaving cabinets list their power details on each listing.
Corner Baths and Toilets: What to Check Before You Collect
A corner bath comes in a left or a right version. Stand facing the spot where the bath will go: if the corner wall is on your left, you need a left corner bath. The Casey corner bath at 580mm high comes in 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1700mm lengths. The 1500mm model is 1495 x 725 x 580mm, holds 222L, has no overflow and comes without a plug and waste. It has no tap holes either, so pair it with a wall mounted bath spout.
A toilet suite has to match its set-out, the distance from the wall to the centre of the waste pipe. The Poseidon Zeus suite ships with a trap for a 100 to 200mm set-out, and other traps are available for 60 to 110mm, 150 to 245mm and a 180mm P-trap.
Loading Bulky Items at Dandenong South
Bulky items from Dandenong South need a ute, van or trailer: boxed vanities, baths and toilet suites will not fit in a standard sedan. Check the product size on each listing against your vehicle, and allow extra room for the carton. Baths and double vanities need two people to lift. In-stock items are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours, so wait for the pickup notice before you drive out.
If your order mixes Poseidon or Koti with another brand, you collect the Poseidon and Koti items in Melbourne, or we send them by local metro delivery. The other items ship to you from Sydney or from the supplier.

Free Pickup in Melbourne FAQs
Can I pick up a bathroom vanity in Melbourne?
Yes. Every Poseidon and Koti vanity on this page can be picked up free from Dandenong South (VIC 3175), with no appointment needed. That includes freestanding and wall hung vanities from 440mm to 1800mm. Before you order, measure the wall width and check the vanity depth and basin height on each product page, because a stone top or basin can add to the cabinet size. Boxed vanities over 1200mm wide usually need a ute, van or trailer, so plan your vehicle before you come.
Do I need to book a pickup time in Melbourne?
No. Pickup in Melbourne does not need an appointment. Once your order is ready, we send a pickup notice with the Dandenong South warehouse address, and you can collect any time after that. Bring your order number and confirmation email so the warehouse team can find your items quickly. If someone else is collecting for you, give them the order number too. For large orders such as a vanity plus a bath, bring a second person to help with loading.
Can I see products at the Melbourne warehouse?
No. Dandenong South is a pickup point only, so products are not on display there. To compare finishes and sizes before you buy, use the photos, dimensions and specification drawings on each product page. If you want to see a product in person, our Sydney warehouses offer viewings by appointment. Call 0480 746 325 with the models you are interested in, and we will tell you which Sydney warehouse holds them and book a time that suits you. Viewing is the only service that needs an appointment.
Which brands can I collect in Melbourne?
Melbourne pickup covers two brands: the full Poseidon range and Koti vanities. Poseidon includes vanities, baths, toilet suites, shaving cabinets, LED mirrors, basins and kitchen sinks, so you can collect most of a bathroom in one trip. Koti adds the Artis, Artis-S, Avalon and Calvo wall hung vanities. Other brands we sell, such as Lukka or Covey, are not held in Melbourne. They are delivered to you instead, or Covey shower screens can be collected from our Brisbane pickup point.
How does delivery work in Melbourne?
If pickup does not suit you, Poseidon and Koti orders can be delivered across Melbourne metro from local stock, so they arrive sooner than interstate freight. The delivery cost is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. Orders over $2,000 qualify for free metro delivery across Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Our couriers deliver to the doorstep only, so arrange help to carry large items inside. If you are renovating outside the metro area, enter your postcode at checkout to see regional freight. See our delivery and shipping page for full details.
