Does the price include a vanity top?

No. This listing is the matte white cabinet only, which is why it is priced the way it is. Choose your top from the options above and it is added to your order - that way you are not paying for a ceramic top you were going to replace with stone anyway. The knob handles are chosen at checkout too, so you can match them to your tapware.

What height should I mount a 600mm wall hung vanity at?

Because the cabinet is wall hung there is no fixed answer, which is the advantage. Most Australian bathrooms finish the top surface between 850mm and 900mm from the floor; with a 470mm cabinet and a typical top, that puts the underside of the cabinet roughly 340mm to 410mm above the tile. Decide before the wall is lined so the noggings land in the right place.

What is the difference between Chester and the Hamilton range?

Both are PVC wall hung Hampton-style vanities from Lukka. Chester has raised arched Federation panels, round knob handles and a mix of doors and drawers, at 470mm high. The cabinet is PVC rather than a timber-based board, so the material itself does not absorb water the way MDF or particleboard can, and it resists the swelling and edge lifting that affect timber-based cabinetry in wet areas. It still needs normal care: wipe up standing water, run the exhaust fan, and clean with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth rather than bleach or an abrasive. Water damage and normal wear are not covered by the warranty.
