What has to be done before the floor is laid?
The mixer comes with an in-floor rough-in box that holds the hot and cold connections. It must be set into the floor before tiling, so your plumber needs to fix the mixer position while the floor is still open. Decide on the bath and its position first.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
Yes. In Australia tapware must be installed by a licensed plumber, and a floor-mounted mixer needs water points brought up through the floor.
How do I keep the finish looking right?
Wipe it dry after use and clean it with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive creams, scourers and harsh chemical cleaners - these attack the surface, and damage caused by the wrong cleaning method is not covered by the warranty.

We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.
Free metro shipping applies to orders over:
- $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
- $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
- $3,200 to Perth metro
Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.
Delivery times
- In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
- Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
- Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.
Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.
Free warehouse pickup
Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:
- Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products
- Melbourne (Dandenong South VIC 3175): Poseidon and Koti

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.
