Timber 450mm Coastal Oak Vanity | Waterproof PVC Film | Compact Ensuite

The Ultimate Waterproof Solution for Compact Spaces

Compromise is no longer an option for your small Ensuite or Powder Room. The Timber 450mm Slimline Series combines an ultra-slim 250mm depth with advanced Waterproof PVC Film Technology. Paired with a premium Solid Surface Basin and high-spec plumbing features, this vanity is designed specifically for Australian homes—solving the three biggest challenges of small bathrooms: moisture damage, lack of space, and difficult installation.

Why is this the market leader for small bathrooms?

✅ 1. PVC Film Tech: 100% Surface Waterproof Barrier Say goodbye to the nightmare of swollen cabinets and peeling edges. We use an E0 Rated Eco-Friendly MDF core, wrapped in a high-temperature Vacuum Sealed PVC Film.

• Seamless Wrap: No edge banding joints means moisture has nowhere to enter.

• Zero Peeling: Creates a powerful shield against steam and splashes, ensuring durability even when placed right next to a shower.

✅ 2. Ultra-Slim 250mm Depth x Luxury Solid Surface

• Space Saver: With a depth of just 250mm, it fits easily behind doors or in narrow hallways, freeing up valuable floor space.

• Premium Touch: Features a Matte White Solid Surface Basin. Smooth to the touch, stain-resistant, and durable, it provides a high-end contrast to the warm Coastal Oak finish.

✅ 3. 32mm Overflow + Universal Waste Compatible Small basins need safety features. We have included a built-in 32mm Overflow (O/F) to prevent accidental flooding.

• Universal Fit: Perfectly compatible with standard Australian 32mm Universal Pop-Up Wastes, making life easy for your plumber and ensuring a hassle-free installation.

✅ 4. Flexible Installation: Reversible & Adjustable

• Reversible Tap Hole: The Solid Surface top can be rotated 180 degrees, allowing you to position the tap on the Left or Right to suit your plumbing layout.

• Optional Kickboard (sold separately): The vanity stands on 120mm adjustable legs; a matching kickboard is not included and is ordered separately. Add one and you can scribe (cut) it to match uneven floors—perfect for renovations—or leave the legs exposed for a floating look.

✅ 5. Authentic Coastal Oak Finish Achieve the Modern Organic look without the maintenance of real timber. The realistic wood grain texture brings warmth and nature into your bathroom, creating a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere.

Tradie & Installation Notes

🔧 Pro Tips for Installers:

• Waste: Use any standard 32mm Universal Pop-Up Waste (Must suit "Overflow" basins).

• Kickboard: The kickboard is an optional extra and is ordered separately — the vanity ships on its adjustable legs. If you add one and the floor has a fall, scribe the kickboard to match the floor level. This keeps the vanity cabinet perfectly square and level.

• Sealing: Always use quality silicone to seal the Solid Surface top to the cabinet and the wall for a completely watertight finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the PVC film finish truly waterproof? A: Yes. The vacuum-sealed PVC film creates a seamless, 100% waterproof barrier on the surface. This prevents water from reaching the MDF core, making it far superior to standard melamine vanities in damp, steamy bathrooms.

Q: Can I use a standard Universal Pop-Up Waste? A: Absolutely! The basin comes with a built-in 32mm Overflow. It is perfectly compatible with standard Universal Pop-Up Wastes, making installation simple and preventing accidental overflow.

Q: My plumbing comes from the floor, will this fit? A: Yes. The freestanding design combined with the optional kickboard, sold separately, is perfect for hiding existing floor plumbing (S-trap) without the need to cut into your walls or move pipes.
