Timber 450mm Wall Hung Vanity | Coastal Oak | Slimline Ensuite | PVC Waterproof

The Floating Solution for Modern Compact Bathrooms

Elevate your small Ensuite or Powder Room with the Timber 450mm Slimline Wall Hung Vanity in Coastal Oak. By floating the vanity off the floor, you instantly create a sense of openness, making tight spaces feel larger and airier. At a total height of 545mm, this unit provides substantial storage without dominating the wall, bringing a high-end, modern coastal vibe to even the smallest room.

Why Choose the Wall Hung Coastal Oak Model?

✅ 1. Floating Design: Maximize Visual Space In a small bathroom, seeing the floor extend beneath the vanity tricks the eye into thinking the room is bigger.

• Easy Cleaning: No legs or kickboards to work around—simply mop underneath for a hygienic, dust-free bathroom.

• Perfect Proportions: The 545mm total height offers a balanced look, providing deep drawer/door storage while keeping the unit compact.

✅ 2. Coastal Oak Finish: Airy & Natural The Coastal Oak finish features a realistic, light timber grain that brightens up small spaces. It pairs perfectly with white subway tiles, terrazzo, or concrete-look floors, creating a relaxed, spa-like atmosphere.

✅ 3. 100% Waterproof PVC Film Technology Durability is critical for wall-hung units that may sit close to splash zones.

• Vacuum Sealed: We use Waterproof PVC Film wrapped around an E0 MDF core. This seamless barrier has no joints to peel, ensuring your vanity withstands steam and moisture for years to come.

✅ 4. Ultra-Slim 250mm Depth

• Project Solver: At just 250mm deep, this vanity is a lifesaver for narrow layouts. It fits comfortably in tight corners or behind doors where standard vanities would block the way.

• Luxury Basin: Includes a Matte White Solid Surface top that is smooth, durable, and stain-resistant.

✅ 5. Smart Installation Features

• Reversible Tap Hole: The basin can be rotated to place the tap on the Left or Right, giving you flexibility during rough-in.

• Safety Overflow: Built-in 32mm Overflow protects against accidental flooding.

• Universal Waste: Compatible with standard Australian 32mm Universal Pop-Up Wastes.

Tradie & Installation Notes

🔧 Pro Tips for Installers:

• Mounting Height: We recommend installing the vanity so the top of the basin is 850mm - 900mm from the finished floor.

• Structural Support: As this is a wall-hung unit, ensure there is adequate timber nogging/studs in the wall to support the weight. Do not fix into plasterboard alone.

• Plumbing: Best suited for P-Trap (Wall Waste) plumbing. If you have floor plumbing, you will need to box it in or use a chrome bottle trap if exposed.

• Sealing: Silicone the basin to the cabinet and the cabinet to the tiled wall to ensure a secure, watertight installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the total height of the vanity? A: The total height is 545mm, which includes both the cabinet and the Solid Surface basin.

Q: Why choose a wall-hung vanity over a floor-standing one? A: Wall-hung vanities expose more floor tiles, which makes a small room feel significantly larger. They also make cleaning the floor much easier.

Q: Is the Coastal Oak finish waterproof? A: Yes. The PVC Film is vacuum-sealed to the cabinet, creating a seamless, 100% waterproof surface that is highly resistant to steam and splashes.
