Timber 450mm Slimline Vanity | Prime Oak | Waterproof PVC Film | Slimline Ensuite

Warmth & Luxury for the Smallest Spaces

Transform your tight Ensuite or Powder Room with the natural warmth of the Timber 450mm Slimline Vanity in Prime Oak. Designed for Australian homes where space is at a premium, this unit combines an ultra-narrow 250mm depth with the rich, textured look of Prime Oak. It’s the ultimate solution for narrow hallways and compact bathrooms, offering style without compromising on durability.

Why Choose the Prime Oak Slimline?

✅ 1. Prime Oak Finish: Natural Warmth Move away from clinical white bathrooms. The Prime Oak finish offers a rich, realistic timber grain that adds immediate character and warmth to your space. It pairs beautifully with gunmetal grey tapware, warm white tiles, and natural stone, creating a cozy, high-end sanctuary feel.

✅ 2. 100% Waterproof PVC Film Technology Durability is key in small wet areas. We use a high-quality E0 MDF core wrapped in a Vacuum Sealed PVC Film.

• Seamless Protection: The wrap has no joints or edge banding, creating a completely waterproof barrier.

• Steam Resistant: Perfect for ensuites where the vanity sits close to the shower, ensuring no peeling or swelling over time.

✅ 3. Ultra-Slim 250mm Depth

• Space Saving: At just 250mm deep, this vanity fits where others won't—behind opening doors or in narrow toilet rooms—while still providing essential storage and a functional basin.

• Solid Surface Basin: Includes a luxury Matte White Solid Surface top. It’s smooth, stain-resistant, and feels far superior to standard ceramic.

✅ 4. Smart Plumbing & Installation

• 32mm Overflow: Built-in safety against flooding.

• Universal Compatible: Suits standard 32mm Universal Pop-Up Wastes, making life easy for your plumber.

• Reversible Top: The basin can be rotated so the tap hole is on the Left or Right, adapting to your existing pipework.

✅ 5. Flexible Kickboard Design

• Optional Kickboard (sold separately): The vanity stands on 120mm adjustable legs. A matching kickboard is not included — it is ordered separately. Add it to hide floor plumbing and keep dust out from underneath, or leave the legs exposed for a floating look. A kickboard can be scribed (cut) to fit uneven bathroom floors.

Tradie & Renovation Notes

🔧 Pro Tips for Installers:

• Waste: Requires a 32mm Universal Pop-Up Waste (Must suit "Overflow" basins).

• Kickboard: The kickboard is an optional extra and is ordered separately — the vanity ships on its adjustable legs. If you add one and the floor falls towards a floor waste, scribe the kickboard to match the level. This keeps the cabinet square without unsightly packers.

• Sealing: Silicone the Solid Surface top to the cabinet and wall to ensure a watertight seal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the Prime Oak finish durable? A: Yes. The Prime Oak PVC Film is vacuum-bonded to the cabinet. This creates a seamless, scratch-resistant, and 100% waterproof surface that withstands the humidity of a bathroom environment better than standard laminates.

Q: Can I put the tap on the left side? A: Yes! The Solid Surface top is not fixed in the box. You can rotate it 180 degrees during installation to place the tap hole on the Left or Right side.

Q: Does this vanity hide floor pipes? A: Yes. The freestanding design with the optional kickboard, sold separately, is excellent for covering existing floor plumbing (S-trap), saving you the cost of moving pipes inside the wall.
