Q: Does a wall hung vanity need special wall framing?
A: Yes. A wall hung cabinet transfers all of its weight, plus the stone top and basin, into the wall, so it must be fixed into timber noggins or steel framing – not into plasterboard alone. If you are retrofitting over an existing wall, ask your plumber or builder to confirm there is solid backing at the fixing height before you order.

Q: What is the difference between the single and double bowl version?
A: The cabinet is the same width and the same four drawers; what changes is where the drawer boxes are notched for the plumbing. The single bowl is notched once in the centre, the double bowl twice. Pick the one that matches the top you want – we list both.

Q: Is PVC better than a timber or board vanity in a bathroom?
