Replacing a Fixed Shower Arm With a Top Inlet Twin Shower
A top inlet twin shower connects to the same high wall outlet that a standard shower arm uses. That makes the Otus a straightforward upgrade: your plumber removes the old arm and rose, mounts the rail below the outlet, and one water supply now runs both the 250mm round ABS overhead and the hand shower, with a diverter to switch between them. It needs a top water inlet - the high wall outlet where a standard shower arm usually sits. One outlet runs both the overhead and the hand shower, so no second outlet is needed.
Do I need a plumber to install the Otus twin shower?
Yes. In Australia shower fittings must be installed by a licensed plumber. The set includes the rail, the 250mm round ABS overhead, the hand shower and hose, so your plumber connects it to the existing outlet and fixes the rail to the wall.

We deliver Australia-wide. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size and weight of your order.
Free metro shipping applies to orders over:
- $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra metro
- $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide metro
- $3,200 to Perth metro
Shower screens are not included in free metro shipping. Regional areas get a discounted freight rate at checkout. Tapware, showers and bathroom accessories ship free Australia-wide.
Delivery times
- In-stock items usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Metro delivery takes 3 to 15 working days. Country and remote areas can take up to 21 working days.
- Some items are held by our suppliers and ordered in once you buy. These take about 7 to 10 business days to reach our dispatch centre before they ship.
- Made-to-order or modified items take 2 to 6 weeks.
Drivers deliver to the kerb or the ground-floor front entrance and can’t carry items upstairs or inside. Please have someone on site to help move large items in.
Free warehouse pickup
Pickup is free from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and you don’t need an appointment:
- Sydney (Greenacre, Villawood, Silverwater or Revesby): all products
- Melbourne (Dandenong South VIC 3175): Poseidon and Koti
- Brisbane (Rocklea QLD 4106): Covey shower screens and selected Poseidon and Koti

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup notice with the warehouse address. Vanities, baths and boxed shower screens won’t fit in a sedan, so bring a ute, van or trailer.
