What is the difference between the single and double bowl version?

The cabinet is identical - same width, same fronts, same drawers. What changes is the top: the single bowl takes one basin, the double takes two set towards the ends. Decide before you order, because the top is made to order and the two are not interchangeable. We list both versions separately.

Does a wall hung vanity need special wall framing?

Yes. A wall hung cabinet transfers its own weight plus the top, the basin and the water into the wall, so it has to be fixed into timber noggins or steel framing rather than plasterboard alone.
