While most products are in stock with our local suppliers, if a product you have ordered is out of stock our team will reach out at the earliest possible time!

Unfortunately, our couriers can only deliver to the doorstep of the building premises. They will not take products inside of the building. If needed, customers are advised to arrange themselves for assistance to move the products inside.

If your order arrives damaged, don't worry! At RJ Bathroom, we have delivery insurance for all our orders sent out.

All damages must be reported any damages to us at aftersales@austpekbathrooms.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. As goods may be stored or moved around by trade we cannot accept any damages after this window.

For damages reported within 24 hours of delivery, our aftersales team will then guide you through the process of a replacement/reimbursement/refund.
