Q: Can I choose legs or a kickboard?

Q: Can I choose handle colour?

Q: Are the pop-up waste and mixer tap included?
A: No. Pop-up waste and mixer tap are not included with the vanity. Matching items in the same colour finish can be purchased separately from our website.
Q: How do I choose Left Drawers or Right Drawers?
A: Choose the drawer side based on where your waste/trap plumbing is located. The drawers should be on the opposite side to allow clearance for the pipework inside the cabinet.
• If your waste pipe is on the left, select Right Drawers.
• If your waste pipe is on the right, select Left Drawers.
Q: What if I’m not sure where my waste pipe is?
A: If you’re replacing an existing vanity, check the current pipe position under the basin. For new builds or renovations, confirm the plumbing location with your installer before ordering to ensure the correct configuration.
Q: Can I choose the tap hole option for a stone top?
A: Yes. For Stone Top orders you can choose No Tap Hole, or select a tap hole position at 10 o’clock, 12 o’clock, or 2 o’clock depending on your basin size and preferred placement. Please ensure your selected basin and tapware are compatible.

We provide domestic on all of our items. You may use our shipping estimator to estimate the cost of delivery. Charges for shipping are calculated based on how large the items are as well as your location.
You can expect the following delivery times:
- 3 - 15 working days delivery (metro areas) or up to 21 working days for country and remote regions.
- Any items that are custom manufactured on order or require a modification may take 2 - 6 weeks to be delivered.
Sydney Pickup in store
- Free pick up from our warehouse may be available on the same day or within 3 days.
- During checkout, select "Free pick up in store" .
- After your order is placed, you will receive an "order received email" with your "order number" (this is usually sent out within 2 hours if during business hours).
- Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email "Ready for collection"

For items that require a custom quote for delivery (such as toilets, bathtub and other large items), you will be notified as such prior to the purchase. It is advised to contact us first before making an order.
