It can be installed topmount or undermount, and two 90mm basket wastes are included.

The sink is moulded from granite with sound-dampening built into the body, so running water and dishes are quieter than in a thin steel sink. The matte black finish has a soft, low-sheen look that contrasts with white and marble-look benchtops and pairs well with black, gun metal or brushed brass tapware. The surface is non-porous and resists everyday stains and scratches. It is backed by a 20 year replacement warranty.

Two Bowls and a Drainer in One Granite Sink

The Crete 1160 combines two bowls with a ribbed drainer, so washing, rinsing and drip-drying all happen in one piece. Water from the drainer runs back into the sink instead of onto the benchtop, which suits busy family kitchens without room for a dish rack.

Key Features of the Crete Matte Black Granite Sink

Double bowl with drainer - two 339 x 418 x 208mm bowls plus a ribbed drainer

1160 x 500 x 225mm overall

Matte Black granite - soft matte finish with sound-dampening body

Topmount or undermount - suits stone, laminate and timber benchtops

Included - two 90mm basket wastes

20 year replacement warranty on the sink

Crete LK-GDKS1160-D Specifications

Product code

LK-GDKS1160-D

Product name

Crete Granite Sink

Type

double bowl granite sink with drainer

Overall size

1160 x 500 x 225mm

Bowl size

339 x 418 x 208mm (x2)

Material

Granite

Colour

Matte Black

Installation

Topmount or undermount

Included

Two 90mm basket wastes

Tap hole

None (mixer mounts on the benchtop)

Warranty

20 years replacement (sink)

Frequently Asked Questions About the Crete 1160mm Granite Sink

Can the Crete 1160mm granite sink be installed topmount or undermount?

Yes. It can sit under a stone benchtop as an undermount sink, or drop into the bench as a topmount sink. Use the cut-out template and installation guide supplied, and have your stonemason or installer check the cut-out before the benchtop is cut.

What cabinet size does the 1160mm sink need?

The sink is 1160mm long and 500mm deep overall, and the bowls are 339mm wide. Check that the inside of your sink cabinet is wider than the bowls, with room for the waste and plumbing underneath, and allow for the bowl depth above any drawers or bins.

How long a benchtop does this sink need?

The sink is 1160mm long, so allow at least that length of benchtop plus clearance to any corner, cooktop or wall. The bowls sit over the sink cabinet and the drainer extends over the neighbouring cabinet, so plan the cabinet layout before the benchtop is cut.

How do I look after a granite sink?

Rinse and wipe the sink after use, and clean it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or non-scratch sponge. Avoid steel wool, bleach and harsh chemical cleaners. Do not put hot pots or pans straight from the stove into the bowl, as sudden temperature changes can damage granite.

Do you deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth?

Yes. The Crete 1160mm granite sink ships Australia-wide, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with freight calculated at checkout. When the sink is part of a larger order, free metro delivery applies over $2,000 to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, over $2,500 to Brisbane and Adelaide, and over $3,200 to Perth. Regional addresses are quoted a discounted freight rate at checkout, and Sydney customers can pick up from our warehouse for free.

⚠️ Important Selection Advice: The sink has no tap hole, so the mixer is mounted on the benchtop. Included: two 90mm basket wastes; the kitchen mixer and plumbing are not included. Do not place hot pots or pans directly in the bowl.
